Refunds
If you have been approved for a refund the following may apply to you.
1. All refunds will be less any bank charges incurred.
2. Where possible, refunds will be processed via the same method as the payment was made.
3. Refunds processed via credit card or BPay may take up to two weeks to appear in your account after we have processed it.
