The Comsol series Media converters transform data signals between 10/100/100Base-TX media and 1000Base-FX media. They are designed for higher speed/bandwidth demanding workgroups that require expansion of the Ethernet network. They can extend the conventional 10Mbps Ethernet or 100/1000Mbps Fast/Gigabit Ethernet up to 110Km over optical fibre cable. Comsol Media converters provide high-performance, cost effective and flexible solutions for a wide range of applications.

Compliant with IEEE802.3 10Base-T, IEEE802.3u 100Base-TX, IEEE802.3ab 1000Base-TX, IEEE802.3z 1000Base-FX standards
Auto-detection of half/full duplex transfer mode for TX port
Auto-negotiation of 10/100/1000Mbps rate and Auto MDI/MDIX for TX port
Extend fibre distance up to 2km for Mulitmode fibre and 110km for Singlemode Dual fibre.
Indication light: RX, TX, FX, 1000, POW, 10/100
Easy-to-view LED indicators provides status to easily monitor network activity
