Designed with IC with 128Mx8 layout and FBGA packaging, A-DATA DDR3 1066 Unbuffered SO-DIMM operates at low working voltage of 1.5V. This makes reduction in power consumption possible by around 30%. Responding to the global trend towards making products as environmentally friendly as possible, A-DATA has designed the DDR3 desktop memory to support low power consumption.
