- you can upgrade your standard warranty by either extending service length or service level or even both

Service description: An HP authorised representative will arrive at the customer site to begin hardware maintenance service the next day after the service request has been logged and for which there is a contracted coverage window. Available during business hours of 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Only available for locations with 80kms of an HP authorised service provider unless agreed otherwise by HP.
