Even though JEDEC specifications rate DDR3 up to 1600MHz, Xtreem DDR3 1600 offers 17% performance over the current modules on the market at DDR3 1333. However, the advantages of Xtreem DDR3 1600 are not limited to the rated speed, but the 9-9-9-24 (tCL-tRCD-tRP-tRAS) low latency design also offers greater performance . Working together with the 1600MHz data rate at just 1.65V, it is not difficult to see the strong R&D capabilities of Team Group Inc. in the products.
 
Quality is the best policy. Xtreem DDR3 1600 uses 256x8 BGA memory modules for 4GB capacity in a single stick of memory, which suitable for large memory situations such as 3D gaming. At the same time, the memory module is covered in the all-new aluminum heat spreader with the unique X-shaped design. The built-in XMP (Extreme Memory Profiles) feature eliminates the hassle of going into the BIOS and offers simple overclocking even for novice users.
