Dlink DHP-501AV

I have been setting up networks for SOHO and recently Home Theatre set-ups for many years now. Many set-ups always required a major rewiring of the premises (RJ45) to achieve any sort of bandwidth delivery for AV media(especially now with Blu-Ray everywhere. lI have been progressing up the powerline-ethernet product range for some time now. Different vendors and different suppliers. From the 85 Mbps to 200 Mbps AV and now finally the 500Mbps. Without a doubt this is the absolute best way to set up your network. No matter how large your home/office is, this is the hands down best solution. Simply plug them in and you instantly have a secure network. I have set this up in homes with 5-8 PC (+2 Playstations) streaming DIVX files from a QNAP server and these will handle multiple films streaming without so much as the slightest jitter or lag issues, while distributing the internet to all PCs in the loop. Spend the money, you will be glad you did. Also Techbuy was a buy early Monday morning and arrive Tuesday afternoon. I had one DOA (dead on Arrival) and logged into Dlink. Filled out the form(RMA), posted it to them and had the replacement in three days Christmas week 2011. So great Product, great supplier and Dlink provided fantastic support.
