Mobile Card, Small Item and Photo Scanner
The Plustek OptiCard 821, is a USB powered, palm-size, simplex mobile scanner that scans documents, checks, embossed cards and small items up to A6 in size.
Rigid Card, Check and Small Item Scanning
The small footprint of the OptiCard 821 make this scanner ideal for front desk applications such as patient intake, pharmacy, banking, hotel and other applications where counter space is limited and cards and documents smaller than A6 size are scanned.
Business Card Management
The OptiCard 821 is bundled with the BCR (Business Card Reader) software that provides automatic recognition of company name, job title, person's name, address, telephone and fax number. Users then have the flexibility of saving the files to Excel or sending the files to Outlook.
