    Get the high reliability of SAS and 10K performance for all of your storage needs. Keep more projects local without having to offload to backup devices. High availability for Business Critical applications. Robust SAS interface (dual port, full duplex). Ideal for transaction processing, database applications, analytics, high performance computing and business applications. New universal hot plug carriers exclusively for HP ProLiant Gen8 servers. Maintaining existing universal hot plug carriers to support HP ProLiant G7 and earlier servers and server storage.
  • Get auto-generated fault alerts if the hard drive is about to fail. Self-Monitoring Analysis and Reporting Technology (SMART) allows the hard drives to self-monitor and raise flags if an imminent failure is predicted.
  • Simply insert the drive into any available 3.5-inch internal HDD bay of your HP Z Workstation [2,3].
