GS120 Gamer Storm Case Fan - 120x120x20mm Fan, Hydro Bearing, 900~1800rpm, 61.93CFM, 18.2~32.4dBA

This fan is great, very quiet and not hard to install, though i do recommend some tweezers for the rubber screws, the 4th pin allows you to control the spin speed through the BIOS menu, having set mine to the silent profile i can't even hear them over my GPU fan. Highly recommended.
