21:9 UltraWide QHD

The 3440 x 1440 UltraWide QHD display offers the sharpest picture quality. Its pixel area is about 1.8 times larger than an UltraWide Full HD 21:9 monitor, and about 2.4 times larger than a Full HD 16:9 monitor. It provides an efficient environment in using Microsoft Office programs showing 47 columns and 63 rows in excel.

21:9 Screen or 3440 x 1440 (60Hz) resolution may not be available depending on content, device, interface or graphic card.

Thunderbolt 2

Thunderbolt 2 is a revolutionary cable technology that simultaneously supports high-resolution displays and high performance data devices through a single, compact port. Users can now take advantage of transfer speeds up to 20Gbps and easily expand computing capability by connecting up to six devices via a simple daisy-chain configuration.

A daisy-chain configuration may not be available depending on PC performance, interface or graphic card.

Color Management

For true and natural color, the 34UM95 calibrates in real time without depending on the graphic board's predicted colors. The monitor itself is equipped with a built-in Scaler and True Color Finder software to directly adjust the color settings to a user defined set point. In addition, its 10-bit color display is 64 times richer than an 8-bit color display, recreating colors softly and naturally without color banding. Enjoy stunning color accuracy for an advanced viewing pleasure.

Hardware Calibration requires True Color Finder (Only compatible with Windows XP/7/8 by DisplayPort; Windows 7/8 by Thunderbolt; or New Mac Pro by DisplayPort/Thunderbolt), and compatible calibrator (not included).

The display supports 10-bit color over Display port only.

Mac Pro®

The 34UM95 is Mac Pro® supported. The two original programs, the 4-Screen Split and True Color Finder, are ready for dedicated Mac Pro® users. Sync your Mac Pro® with the best monitor for professional graphic designers and other Mac Pro® professionals.

Crystal Float/CINEMA Screen Design

The transparent Crystal Float Stand and the super-slim New CINEMA Screen bezel are designed to make the monitor look like it is floating. So you can immerse yourself into the screen and its contents only. The design itself is minimalistic and will satisfy your aesthetic taste.

4-Screen Split

With a 21:9 wide screen ratio, now you can multitask with 4 programs on one screen at the same time. This 4-Screen Split feature conveniently divides your screen from 2 to 4 customizable subscreens of your preferred size, without any overlapping of windows. Compatible with Mac, it provides 8 different screen ratios, changeable by a single click, and increases not only your convenience but also productivity.

4-Screen Split software requires DVI-D(Dual Link), DisplayPort or HDMI connection with Windows XP/Vista/7/8 or Mac OS X 10.9(Mavericks).

Dual Link-up

The Dual Link-up feature allows two devices to be displayed simultaneously on a single screen. With the monitor, you can connect and watch a movie from a Blu-ray player while working on an Excel spreadsheet from your PC. With the 29UM65's upgraded Dual Link-up, it enables HDMI+HDMI links, now you can connect devices more conveniently.

Dual Link-up requires specific combination of HDMI/DisplayPort/Thunderbolt connection with each device.

Reader Mode

Reducing blue light to protect your eyes, Reader Mode provides optimal condition for reading. With just a touch of a button, you can comfortably read on the monitor for as long as you would like to.

IPS Display

As LG IPS Monitor features consistency and less changes in color temperature, it offers a color impression identical to that of the original image. Flicker Safe
