We understand Mass storage solutions are designed for data centers or remote storage facilities, many of which run on Linux based platforms. Linux distributions require frequent kernel upgrades, which in turn, create additional overhead and manpower requirements in order to keep servers up and running. Unless the storage controller is natively supported by the kernel update, they server may have to be taken offline in order to manually compile, install, and test a new driver.
The Rocket 750 Smart Build Agent includes our innovative Auto Script feature, which virtually eliminates downtime during a kernel upgrade! Auto Script Agent will check and build driver updates whenever a new kernel is detected after the system is reset or cold booted. Auto Script Agent will analyze the kernel changes, collect and install the proper software package using the system’s internet connection, and finally compile a driver to match the new kernel.

This intuitive web-based interface is available for all major PC operating system platforms, and includes a wide selection of storage related monitoring and notification services.
