Light indications

There are four light sources across the Condor, each includes blue and red LEDs. The red will be flashing when the unit is muted; the blue will indicate the direction of reception. They will also be used to indicate other activities like power up, programing, IP search, and so on.

Software and Controls
The Condor will be identified and selected as the default device on any Windows
application. You may have to select it as your default device for MAC OS.

The IP phone (SIP) is set up using a web based GUI that can be logged in from any device sitting on the same network as the Condor.

Phoenix offers a few software control and support utilities on its website. These
include recording software, test wizard, and maybe the most important – an audio setup utility. You can control the Condor’s
microphone and speaker volume using this utility. These volumes can be controlled
separately for signals coming through the SIP link or the USB link.

Dialing – using the Condor as your
conference phone requires a dialer. The
dialing is done through a software
application running on a device that is
connected to the same network. Two major platforms on which this application is
available are Windows and IOS. The dialing application allows you to associate the app with a particular Condor (on your network), dial out, take calls in, call from your personal contact list, use the company’s contact list, mute the unit, and more. Check our website for additional platforms on which the
application is available.
