The Fujitsu fi-7030 is an evolved entry model desktop A4 document scanner suitable for quick scanning, featuring a 50 page ADF. The Fujitsu fi-7030 scans colour A4 documents at a speed of 27 ppm / 54 ipm
in duplex mode. The scanner is capable of a wide range of documents
from thin documents to plastic cards including embossed cards.
Compact design of this scanner allows it to be placed anywhere and
will not leave you or your customer waiting with a quick startup time of
0.5 second and a recovery time of 1 second after resuming from sleep
mode.
The Fujitsu fi-7030 has the ability to scan mixed documents, small
cards or extra long documents. Paper Protection constantly checks along
the whole document length during scanning and automatically stops paper
feeding when error occurs to avoid any damage to the document to deliver
a reliable scanning experience to the user. It is equipped with Skew
Reducer to detect the alignment of scanned documents and correct paper
skews to minimise missing the edge of scanned documents. Users can rest
assured that the result will be good even when scanning documents that
are not aligned correctly.
The PaperStream IP
scanner driver, which supports TWAIN/ISIS, saves the inconvenience of
fine adjusting the settings for the OCR process. It automatically
converts the images into exceptionally clean images, accelerating OCR
even when scanning wrinkled, solied documents and even documents with a
background pattern.
