Battery replacement service to be performed during normal business hours (Mon to Friday 8:30 Am to 5:00PM)
Extra travel SKU needs to be purchased after every 60KMS radius from CBD.
e.g. : For a site distance between 60 to 120 KMS radius from CBD ,customer need to purchase additional 1 X WTRAVELINC
For a site distance between 120 to 180 KMS radius from CBD ,customer need to purchase additional 2 X WTRAVELINC
UPS has to be up and running after the battery installation before 1 year etended warranty can be placed on UPS.
Any parts or labour prior to compltetion of battery installation service will be charged at Non Contracted T& rates.
TopUPS can be used with APC UPS up to 6kVa. UPS over 6kVa require T& quote.
Extended warranty time will start from the date of battery installation.
Extended warranty will not be provided to the UPS system older than 6 year. UPS age will be determined from the serial number on the UPS system
