The PPC-05-AC is used for connection between your computer and your parallel printer that is equipped with a small high density 36 pin centronics type C connector. It supports IEEE1284 high speed bi-directional communication.

Additional Information

The IEEE1284 enhanced parallel port (EPP) allows high speed bi-directional communication between the parallel port of your computer and your parallel printer. The data transmission rate of IEEE1284 is up to 50 times faster than the standard Centronics parallel interface. The PPC-05-AC will let you take full advantage of the IEEE1284 interface.
