Using the Intel P45 chipset, this motherboard supports the latest Intel Core2 Quad, Core2 Extreme, and Core2 Duo processors up to FSB 1600(oc)MHz. 2* PCIe x16 Gen2.0 slots allow the installation of 2 graphics cards in CrossFireX mode, whilst a whole range of onboard connectivity options ensure that the P45A is highly adaptable for mainstream and performance computing - eSATA, SATAII, and USB2.0.
