The MFC-5890CN is the all round office companion integrating colour printing, copying, scanning, faxing and an array of other resource-saving productivity tools into a single machine. The compact, network enabled office solution allows core processes to be centralized for greater convenience that also maximizes resource sharing among different users connected to the network. Security is not compromised with the Secure Function Lock function allowing administrators to restrict user access to specific functions for greater security and control.

Furthermore, the bundled four high-yield individual cartridge system enables greater cost savings by replacing only the ink needed and providing twice the page yield of standard cartridges, while the direct photo printing capabilities gives you the convenience of printing borderless photos directly from your digital camera and memory cards without the need of a PC via PictBridge and PhotoCapture Centre. Easy photo enhancement, editing and previewing can also be achieved through the wide 3.3 colour LCD without the use of a PC, adding convenience to users.

Additionally, print directly from, or scan to, a USB flash memory drive for the ultimate user experience.
