The D-Link DES-2212 is a Dual Speed Ethernet/Fast Ethernet 10/100Mb switch. The DES-2212 is a 12-port switch. DES-2212 switches are designed to multiply a workgroup’s bandwidth while allowing an administrator to fine-tune the network’s performance. Powerful and versatile, these devices present the most effective way to meet demands for ever-increasing network loads in environments with mixed bandwidth requirements.

MII interface, MDI-II connector.
Full/half duplex for each port.
Dynamic buffer allocation for load balance and flow control against packet loss.
Standard SNMP MIBs.
Spanning Tree for redundant path backup.
Terminal program supports Telnet.
Firmware upgradable through TFTP.
RS-232 console port.
