Mitsubishi Electric is proud to introduce the very latest in high quality presentation products, with the XD490U projector. The XD490U offers superb performance for both home and professional use. A bright 3000 ANSI lumens projects brilliant, sharp images with XGA (SXGA comp.) resolution that are easy to see even in well-lit conference rooms and auditoriums. A host of image and colour enhancement features ,including the all new BrilliantColour technology from Texas Instruments, provide amazing high picture quality and lifelike colours.
Mitsubishi is the first projector manufacturer to use the new BrilliantColour technology, which uses a new colour-processing algorithm and system level enhancements for more brightness and truer, more vibrant colours. It also allows a greater than 50 percent increase in mid-tone images-common in video and natural scenes - so the XD490U produces realistic colour images in both business and home projection settings.
Because BrilliantColour offers greater flexibility in colour processing, customers can expand the colour palette beyond red, green and blue to include yellow, white, magenta and cyan.
Other features include a quiet operation, Real Motion Picture-in-Picture, Horizontal and Vertical Keystone Correction, Virtual Lens Shift, multiple input terminals, Password Security lock and wall colour support which allows you to project high quality images onto coloured walls. Further to this the XD490U has a filter-free design, and comes equipped with a 5,000 hour* lamp (in eco mode) for ultra low operating costs, whilst its compact packaging and light weight (only 2.9 kg) mean excellent portability and make it suitable for use virtually anywhere.
With the XD490U, your viewing experience will be taken to whole new levels.
