The NB714 is a powerful SHDSL modem router designed for businesses with a symmetrical DSL (same down/up speed) connection. SHDSL is an alternative to expensive leased line or ISDN services.

The NB714 can operate in 2-wire (up to 2.304Mbps) or 4-wire (4.608Mbps) mode delivering performance and versatility.

It delivers high-end routing functions including Multi-DMZ, virtual server mapping and VPN pass-through plus port-based VLAN and 802.1q VLAN over an ATM network.

Also included are active firewall technologies (SPI/DoS) and advanced Quality of Service functions, making the NB714 a powerful choice for small and medium business users.
