ProCurve Switch 1800 series
  • 10/100/1000 web-managed switch available in 8 or 24-port design
  • Ease of set up and configuration as well as basic management via intuitive Web interface
  • Ideal for transition from unmanaged to managed connectivity without added cost or complexity
  • To provide a more satisfying user experience, ProCurve has removed the fan from the Switch 1800-24G, enabling silent operation and making the switch more optimally suited for open-office environments. After extensive testing, the ProCurve engineering team determined that this fanless operation would not compromise the switch's performance.  As a result of this change and to clearly indicate which products have no fan ProCurvehas rolled the Switch 1800-24G product number from J9028A to J9028B.
