Unlike other external enclosures which will deliver 100% power consumption after power-on , the GreenStar offers a automatic power control to reduce power consumption step by step according to the read/write status of the external drives. The maximum reduction of electricity is to deliver maximum 7% power consumption to the external drives when there is no read/write access to the drives.
