With the included Microsoft Certified MPEG-2 encoder, VideoMate Vista E650F supports direct TV watching/ recording in Media Center of Windows Vista Premium/Ultimate. VideoMate Vista E650F also comes with the Windows Media Center remote which gives users the control of Windows Media Center and ComproDTV 4.

The included ComproDTV 4 software features universal analog TV or free-to-air 1080i HDTV quality digital TV watching/recording, channel surfing, timeshifting, single/multiple still frames capture, brightness/saturation/contrast/hue/sharpness and TV/audio formats adjustment in each TV channel and exclusive S5(shutdown)/S4 (hibernation)/S3 (standby) mode power up schedule recording. It also provides the advanced Picture In/Out Picture functions which allow users to watch live TV and playback video files at once.
