The D-Link DCS-4802E Vigilance Full HD Outdoor Mini Dome Network Camera is a high definitionprofessional surveillance and security solution suitable for small, medium, and largeenterprises. The camera uses a high-sensitivity 1/3 megapixel progressive scan CMOS sensorwith digital WDR image enhancement to deliver balanced video in varying lighting conditions.The compact rugged design makes this camera ideal for deployment in a wide variety ofsurveillance applications. The unique design with 3-axis adjustment allows for precisepositioning of the lens, supporting 360 Pan, 360 Rotation, and 75 Tilt.

High-Quality Streaming & Recording

To maximize bandwidth efficiency and improve image quality, the DCS-4802E provides realtimevideo compression using the H.264 and MJPEG codecs, and supports three separateprofiles for simultaneous video streaming and recording. This versatility enables a wide varietyof security applications, such as monitoring public areas to detect incidents and to coordinateresponses, enforcing access control to restricted areas, deterring criminal activity, or monitoringinventory.

Continuous Monitoring

The DCS-4802Es digital wide dynamic range (WDR) video enhancement gives you improvedimage quality in environments with uneven or difficult lighting, so you can identify subjectsthat are backlit or in brightly lit areas. In low-light situations, the IR cut filter automatically slidesout of the way to use all available light. The DCS-4802E also has built-in IR LED illuminatorswith a 60 foot range, allowing the camera to keep watch even in complete darkness. Thesefeatures work together to give you a reliable surveillance camera capable of monitoring anarea 24 hours a day.

Flexible Connectivity

The DCS-4802E has a built-in 802.3af compliant PoE module that simplifiesinstallation by providing power and networking connectivity with a singlecable, reducing the need to drill holes or lay additional cabling.
