When your system is not running at full load, you can easily use this low-noise adapter to reduce the input voltage to lower down the fan speed.

Rubber Cable Ties for Tidiness

Four rubber buckles are used for the installation. The rubber material not only makes the installation quite easy but also absorbs vibration to the maximum so as to avoid the noise made by normal metal screws.

Endurable Teflon Fan Cable

The fan cable is made of PTFE (Poly Tetra Fluoro Ethylene), which withstands really high temperature and heavy duty usage to ensure a long lifespan.

Rubber Cable Ties for Tidiness

Two pieces of rubber cable ties are included to route the fan cable to make everything in place inside the case. This would provide a clean looking case and also improves the ventilation.
