This handheld IR thermometer is ideal for measuring temperature from the forehead without contact. It is a must have item for the home medical kit or for use in clinics/commercial businesses to screen clients for high temperatures . The backlight display features 3 colours; Green is normal temperature (34.0 - 37.3C), Orange is moderate temperature (37.4 - 38.0C) and Red is high temperature (38.1 - 42.9C). The thermometer will automatically turn on when 2 AAA batteries (not included) are inserted. Thermometer will turn off automatically after a short time. To turn back on press the blue trigger lever.
