The printer's newly designed 36-inch printhead, the L-COA Controller, and a high-precision mechanical platform work in unison to produce consistent, detailed prints at resolutions up to 2400 x 1200 dpi. The TA-30 can quickly output documents up to 36-inches wide, making it easy to produce CAD drawings, GIS maps, posters, and more.

In addition, the TA-30 comes equipped with a built-in roll feeder, stand, and an output tray, which makes it easy to print from a variety of media types. The TA-30 is also compatible with a wide range of Canon's own optional software solutions, which can further improve efficiency and productivity.
