The Pocket ExDrive is one of the most flexible hard disk drive enclosure kits in the market. Practically any 2.5" IDE hard drive can be installed into this drive kit and turn into an external hard drive in seconds. There is no special tool required. Once the drive is installed, you can than connect the Pocket ExDrive to any computer via USB, Firewire or Serial ATA interface using the Addonics interchangeable USIB interface cables. Or you can even use it as a removable IDE hard drive in any desktop computer or equipment. The Pocket ExDrive is also designed with option to take power directly from the computer so you can have true portability*. Whether you are looking for an external hard drive solution to do backup, store you video, digital images or MP3 song or to transfer data between desktop and Notebooks, the Pocket ExDrive is a perfect solution.
