  • HP DSS 4.0 is easy to install. HP Digital Sending Configuration Manager lets you quickly manage the sending functions for multiple HP MFPs and digital senders.[1] HP DSS 4.0 can be managed on one or many devices from one central location with HP Web Jetadmin.
  • Transfer data from the HP device[3] to a secure, supported folder with a secure send key. Authentication verifies the sender's identity, encryption protects files from outside access, and a final safeguard erases the device's hard drive.
