Description
The HRM watch is a great fitness device which can measure your heart rate (pulse) through a highly accurate wireless chest strap. This is better than an "on-wrist" style watch which can be inaccurate and slow to respond. Simply set your user profile (age, sex) and measure calories burned as well as heart rate zones - so you know when your workout is producing optimal results.
