"A revolutionary new range of CCD Linear Imaging Scanners ideally suited to a wide range of demanding applications. This scanner features an innovative CCD optics offering flexible reading range from 2cm up to 31cm, comparable to conventional laser based devices.
Incorporating fast automatic exposure control, the 1100 rapidly adjusts to changing lighting conditions, and compensates for LED aging effects - often the cause of variable scanning performance in most other scanners. 32-bit CPU architecture powers state of the art advanced linear decoding algorithms.
The 1100 series incorporates a powerful programmable data editing system for applications requiring data manipulation. The built-in multi-function decoder supports a broad range of EPOS terminals, and keyboard wedge, RS232, USB and OCIA interfaces (cable selectable).
Designed for use in retail or industrial applications, the 1100 series is available in standard computer cream or black to match increasingly popular PCs and EPOS terminals such as IBM Surepos/Star.
The 1100 series is supplied complete with desktop/wall-mount stand, with an optional auto-sense presentation stand available
