The XE104 adapter extends your network to provide connections without the cost or hassle of running new wiring. Just plug the XE104 Powerline 4-Port Ethernet Adapter directly into the wall outlet, and youre ready. The XE104 connects multiple devices to your network:

Requires use of a NETGEAR XE102, XE103, XEPS103 or other HomePlug 1.0 compatible powerline device (sold separately).

XE104 is compatible with NETGEARs XEPS103, XE103, XE102 and WGXB102 products. XE104 is not compatible nor interoperable with NETGEARs HDX101, however it may coexist on the same network.

Outlets must be electrically connected in order for Powerline devices to provide a network connection between them.
