Part of the CLP-300's core technology is its special "mini-toner" system. With four tiny pop-in toner bottles (CMYK), this advancement in the toner bottle technology enables small, separate, easy-to-store mini-toners that can be replaced on an as-needed basis. The toners for the CLP-300 are semi-gloss allowing the printer to calibrate colours accurately for brightness, saturation and hue, so printouts are bright and vivid.

"Mini-noise". The CLP-300's "NO NOIS" technology says it all: no noise. Far quieter than its competitors, this machine registers at 48 decibles for colour printing. No more distractions as the printer rattles on in the background. Imagine a home or office environment where the printer operates at a low hum, and allows you to concentrate on other important tasks as the job gets done. Thanks to its innovative technology, Mini-noise equals NO NOIS.

The CLP-300 offers various printing options, including N-Up Printing and Poster Printing. To print multiple pages (up to 16 pages) on one sheet for special impact, unique layouts or to conserve paper, choose the N-Up function. To enlarge images such as portraits or landscapes on to multiple pages, choose the Poster Printing option. Either way, the CLP-300's flexible printing features allow the user to produce professional quality printouts for every purpose or occasion.

Smart Panel monitors show the status of the printer including the Toner level. Users can change the setting via the Smart panel easily.
Maintenance is easy and simple.

Smart Panel includes a troubleshooting guide that demonstrates in animations to give you the answers you need quicker.

Idiot proof?
I included this little beauty in a system built for a novice user and was present at the unpack / setup / install stage and I must say the CLP-300 is a fantastic unit that was so simple to get the toner cartriges into cleanly and it has a wonderfully small footprint for the quality it delivers. Printouts look like, well a colour laser!! Great value IMHO.
