High quality, but not alwasy compatible
Very high quality/good construction. Its length does push the limits of ESATA (2m MAX)so unless you have a ESATA PCI card, or a motherboard based ESATA port with a strong signal, your hard disk wont be recognized. PCI ESATA backplanes will not work with this. (1.8M + ~0.2-0.3m from the backplane + ~0.1m on the motherboard way exceeds the 2m total spec)
