Benchmark Results

At CRI Dual-CS Coder, performance of CS4 or MediaEncoder is better than CS3.
But at Standard Software Encoder, performance of CS3 is better than CS4.
CS4 measurement result means calling Media Encoder from CS4. Media Encoder measurement result means direct starting Media Encoder.
Encode performance is better if not calling Media Encoder from CS4.
