CompactFlash memory is a matchbox-size device with one-half the thickness of a PCMCIA Type II Card. The CompactFlash Card uses NAND⁄AND-based flash memory device, it is a super lower-power design with Flash technology ruggedness, high performance, reliability, and convenience.
