The SM040-2 Mega Grip Universal Smartphone Holder works with any Arkon Dual T-Tab mounting pedestal (sold separately) and holds smartphones up to 3.25 wide with no height restrictions, including iPhone 7 and 7 Plus, iPhone 6S Plus and 6 Plus, 6S, 6, 5, 5S, and SE, Samsung Galaxy Note 7, Note 5, and Note 4, Galaxy S7, S6, and S5, LG G5, G4, and G3, Nexus 6 and Nexus 5, HTC One M9, One M8, and One Max, Droid MAXX, Nokia Lumia 1520 and 1020, Motorola Moto G and Moto X. This package includes only Arkons Mega Grip Holder (mounting pedestals sold separately). The holders unique spring-loaded side-arm mechanism provides a strong grip thats easy to use, yet makes it easy to insert or remove the smartphone. Just set your phone in the mount and close the arms to lock in place. A push of the holders side button releases the phone. The Mega Grip Holder is universal, making it compatible even when used with a large protective case or skin. The SM040-2 holder is used in all of the Arkon SM4xx Series bundles, including the SM410, SM411, SM412, SM415, SM416, SM417, SM420, SM421, SM423-G, SM428, SM429SBH, SM432, SM434, SM457, SM468, SM478, SM488, SM488L22, and SM495.
