Can Link wirelessly charge my iPhone?

Yes, Link can charge all wireless iPhones. MagSafe iPhones (12-15) can be charged by snapping them onto Links MagSafe-compatible charger. Qi-charging iPhones (8-11) can be charged with Link, but lack the automatic alignment and magnetic attachment of a MagSafe iPhone. To charge this models, youll need to either lay the Link power bank flat on the table or attach a Magnetic Ring to the back of your phone to let it attach to the charger. We recommend our strong MagSafe-compatible Magnetic Rings, which are available in Black and White to suite your phone and come with an easy to use Alignment Guide to help you attach the ring in the right spot.

Whats the best way to charge my phone with Link?

While Links wireless charging options are more convenient, wired charging is considerably faster for most phones especially iPhones, which can only charge at a speed of 7.5W with Link.

Does Link work with Android?

Yes, Links Qi wireless charging can be used with the vast majority of wireless charging Android phones, including Samsung Galaxy S7 and newer, or Google Pixels 3 and newer. To take advantage of magnetic attachment and automatic alignment, youll need to attach a Magnetic Ring to your phone. We recommend our strong MagSafe-compatible Magnetic Rings, which are available in Black and White to suite your phone and come with an easy to use Alignment Guide to help you attach the ring in the right spot.

Can I take this power bank on a plane?

Generally yes with a 10,000mAh battery, Link is considerably smaller than the maximum size power bank (100Wh or 27,000mAH) the International Air Transport Association (IATA) recommends airlines allow on board. However, while the majority of global airlines follow these guidelines, some airlines may have different restrictions and we encourage you to check on the website of the relevant airline. Additionally, power banks like Lift are never permitted in checked luggage and must be stored in your carry-on bags
