The Micro SATA CF adapter enables the use of CFast media as a direct replacement for the Micro SATA hard drive in the iPOD or the sub-Notebooks. Once installed, the CFast media behaves like the Micro SATA SSD with low power consumption, fast access time and completely shock resistant. Depending on the performance of the CFast media, you can achieve READ / WRITE speed up to 600 MB/sec when connecting to a micro SATA III port.
