Kingstons DataTraveler 4000 G2 offers affordable business-grade security with
256-bit AES hardware-based encryption in XTS mode, to safeguard 100 percent of
confidential data. For added peace of mind, the drive enforces complex password
protection and locks down and reformats after 10 intrusion attempts.
Managed model
DataTraveler 4000 G2 is available in a Managed model that supports
SafeConsole1 management to enable a complete set of management tools when used
with the serverbased, control center technology of SafeConsole. IT
administrators can centrally manage secure USB drives to meet compliance
requirements and provide a higher level of support. Activation is a simple
process and allows IT professionals to remotely set passwords, configure
password and device policies, activate audit for compliance and more. These
powerful tools simplify drive integration, operation and management, even in
remote locations.
All models
DataTraveler 4000 G2 is FIPS 140-2 Level 3 certified and TAA-compliant, to
meet frequently requested corporate and government IT requirements.
Organizations can customize drives to meet internal corporate IT requirements.
Co-logo, serialization numbering, number of attempted password entries, minimum
password length and customized product identifiers for integration into standard
end-point management software (whitelisting) are all available through
customization.
USB 3.0 technology means users dont have to compromise transfer speeds for
security and can safely and easily store and access data with SuperSpeed
technology.
